[LCA2015-Chat] LCA 2015 and twitter

Being a grumpy old curmudgeon who doesn't like change I think it'd be great to keep #lca2015.

However, in keeping with the spirit of Linux Conf AU and its inclusiveness I agree that it'd be a good idea to change. Well actually, I think it's a given that it has to change if the current one will discriminate or make a number of people uncomfortable.

#LinuxConfAU sounds fine to me.
