[LCA2015-Chat] keysigning party (Wed/Thu lunch proposal)

Someone put the signing party down for a Tuesday night BoF slot but
Tuesday night is the speakers' dinner, so I am disinclined to hold
the signing party on Tuesday.

To include as many people as possible, I propose we do it during
lunch on Wednesday or Thursday.

Any objections to this, or other comments?
