For what it's worth, I didn't seem to need to do this

using a manually configured wpa_supplicant on the laptop or the

Android tablet, I didn't need to supply the Quo Vadis root
certificate.  At<br>
least on the Linux side it turns out that this was already on the
system<br>
(installed via the distribution's ca-certificates package) and the
same must<br>
be true of Android.<br>

If you do need to get it for whatever reason, the link Steve gave
offers it<br>
in PEM format so getting it into your system should be a
straight-forward<br>
exercise in this respect.<br>
