As most of you likely know, LCA is put on by a team of awesome
volunteers every year. If you have ever sat in LCA and thought it'd be

LCA roams to cities based off bids it receives from local volunteer
organisers 2 years in advanced. If you'd like to see it come to your
city in 2018 then now is the time to start thinking about it and talking
to your friends about being involved.
During LCA at Auckland we'll hold an informal BoF to go over the bid
process, what is involved in running the conference and have an
opportunity for discussion.
Due to the busy social calendar and popularity of already scheduled
BoF's I'm proposing we meet up during one of the breaks. Picking an
arbitrary one, lets meet at 12:20 on Wednesday (14th Jan) in one of the
theatres or nearby areas (TBA closer).
