I suppose if you have a soldering reflow station manufactured by a 
little known Bulgarian manufacturer that has superior temperature 
tracking when compared to a Hakko, sure, you're probably going to be SOL.

If, on the other hand, you bought your soldering iron from a hobbyist 
supply store, you stand a good chance of finding a tip at Jaycar.
