[LCA2015-Chat] [Chat] Flying with soldering irons

We were a little bit concerned about flying with large amounts of liquid 
flux, so the OpenRadio kits aren't supplied with any.

The solder is resin-cored though, so you can clean up a joint by heating 
it up and adding a tiny bit of solder. Also, myself and others will be 
on-hand with rework kit to clean up boards if required.
