 Flight or travel plans cancelled/delayed?

If your flight is cancelled or delayed AND new arrival time means you will
have to check in late to Uni Hall or Carlaw Park, DO NOT PANIC!

If possible update the Campus accommodation page so we know you will be
late. If you can't update anything (we know what it is like being stuck in
the airport, queueing etc), just call the after hours number when you get
to the hall. The number for each hall are on the campus accommodation page
on the wiki.

If you have any problems with that there's the lca2015 on call number which
will have someone on the other end of it.

If you are a speaker, we would appreciate if you could let us know of your
new travel plans.
