[LCA2015-Chat] Sunday registration - times?

Previous years the exact time for checking in was not set firmly before
hand.

Usually, 4pm to 6pm(from a vague recollection) but depended on the penguins
being lined up with regards to badges being printed, schwag organised, etc.
