My advice is worth the grain of salt it's offered with. From your link, I'd
pick this one:

Soldering is not always about the iron. It's the solder, the flux, the PCB
(or whatever you're soldering to), the component, its legs or pads or
contacts...

Getting dissimilar metals to bond is (IMHO) as much art as science, but
there's a lot you can do to make it work for you. Gel flux is your friend.
