For those still looking for costume ideas, the Op-Shop BoF found a costume
shop, with top hats [0]

It's just on the other side of the park:

I do have some top hats available, first come first served. I will be on
the couches behind the raffle tickets at afternoon tea.

[0] various colours and sizes, stock levels "plentiful" as of Tuesday
lunch.
