[LCA2015-Chat] Wifi and meetings

Not useful for people from overseas, but for people with Spark (nee
Telecom) NZ cellphone accounts there are also free wifi hotspots operating
out of phonebooths. You need to have a cellphone to receive the pin code,
but the connected device (2 per account) doesn't need to be your phone.
There's also small amounts of free wifi on the Link buses. The Inner
(Green) & Outer (Orange) ones anywhy. I'm not sure about the Red ones.
