[LCA2015-Chat] Vodafone Travel SIMs

Vodafone Australian customers can roam for $5 a day in New Zealand, using
their regular home plan. The roaming is automatic when you use your phone
in NZ (and other countries). New customers as of last year should have this
turned on by default (I did in August) but older customers might need to
opt in. Probably best to check if you're unsure.
